Your Delivery Options

All software on this website is available by either download or a boxed copy – or both.

Orders for Boxed Products

Items in stock are processed and dispatched the same working day when ordered before 3.00 p.m. Standard Orders are shipped using either Royal Mail First Class post or Courier. The normal expected delivery time for boxed products ordered from this website to addresses on the UK mainland is 3 to 4 working days, subject to stock.

Orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands may take longer. Please note that we need a real address, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note that overseas deliveries are usually dispatched by International Sign For.

If we anticipate a delay in dispatching any part of your order or if your item is not in stock, we will inform you and offer the option of cancelling the order.

Orders via Download

This is the quickest and easiest way to buy software from this website. There is no charge for this service and you can get access to your software instantly. All you have to do is log on, pay, download and start enjoying – all in just a few minutes.

From here you will be required to install the software onto your computer, and activate it by entering a license key which will be included in the e-mail receipt we send to you. Sometimes you may be required to visit manufacturer's sites in order to install the product fully.

Delivery Costs

We strive to keep all shipping costs down to a minimum where possible. Delivery charges will be displayed in the shopping cart prior to you accepting the final order and making payment. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis.

However we do not charge more than the following prices for orders dispatched to addresses in:
UK mainland: £9.95
Europe: £19.95
Rest of the World: £24.95
